Modern Luxe Build at a Glance
This is a full-service lighting and furnishing project for a 13,000 sq. ft. home currently on course to be completed in the summer of 2022. The boutique-hotel-inspired style for this project is one that has us over-the-moon excited, and we can’t wait to share it with you!
The Inspiration Behind this Modern Luxe Style
Our client is all about things that shimmer and shine mixed with clean modern lines. They want a space that is livable and comfortable but has the feel and unique characteristics of a boutique hotel. (Obviously, we can totally get behind this and are so thrilled about it!)

Our Role in the Project
This project is inviting us to explore new realms and push the envelope of bold design, and we're having a blast getting to know our clients through their vision, which is inspired by the idea that bolder is better!
The style for this home is no doubt different than anything we've done before, but that's what we do: client-inspired design. (Who wants a house that represents their designer more than themselves?).
Our main focuses in this project are on finishes and furnishings and providing turn-key installation services when the time comes to guarantee our client is getting the best of the best in both quality and functionality.
We strive first and foremost to create an environment for our clients in which they feel comfortable and confident walking us through their specific styles and must-haves for their homes. Through this experience, we can work alongside them as we share our ideas as design experts and present options that align with exactly what they're envisioning.
Specializing in Livable and Inviting Residential Design
As a design team that specializes in high-end residential design that is livable and inviting, we're always eager and excited to take on new projects that center around a style we’re not often invited to explore. We love pushing our boundaries with design and coming up with a fresh look that totally represents our clients. We are especially inspired by the idea of guests walking into our clients’ homes and immediately knowing more about their personalities, styles, families, and stories.
Trust is a huge part of what we look for in our clients, and when it’s there, we get truly the best outcomes. This is exactly what this project represents to us, and we try to have fun along the way because we believe this process should be fun, not stressful!
Project Status - Site Visits!
The smallest details can have some of the largest impacts on a finished home, which is why these site visits are so important. These trips let us get into the details of a project to make sure everything is lining up as planned. For our out-of-town builds, we create project packets for the subcontractors we are working with so they have the exact finished look of the home.
On this particular trip, we spent time walking through the house to get a first-hand feel for each space, checking and double-checking placement to make sure everything in every room is going to be scaled perfectly. We met with the client, builder, and trades to make sure we were all on the same page, further ensuring the vision for the home will become a reality.
With framing complete, we are finishing up with wiring for electricity, and next, drywall goes up!
We will be doing another site visit in early 2022 and presenting all of our soft finishes, which include all of our furniture designs.
